Randal Kolo Muani’s future at Paris Saint-Germain remains uncertain as the January transfer window is now open and rumors are emerging. The 26-year-old forward has struggled to make a significant impact in his first two seasons at the club, sparking speculation about a potential departure this month.
Kolo Muani has logged just 453 minutes across all competitions this season and has yet to establish himself as a regular starter. His absence from PSG’s squad for their final three matches of 2024 has only intensified rumors of an exit.
GIVE ME SPORT reports that PSG and Tottenham are in talks over a possible deal. PSG is pushing for an obligation to buy at the end of a loan, while Tottenham prefers an option to buy, allowing for flexibility based on his performance.
Meanwhile, David Ornstein of The Athletic notes that Tottenham, Manchester United, and Juventus are leading the race to secure Kolo Muani on loan this January.

On Sunday, L’Equipe reported that Borussia Dortmund is a new serious contender for the top scorer of the French national team in 2024. However, the outlet does note that Juventus are much closer to securing the player, so the Bundesliga side might have hit overdrive to land the attacker.
GIVE ME SPORT reported on Sunday, citing sources, that Tottenham are not currently willing to include an obligation to buy in their loan offer for Kolo Muani.
Spurs have acted quickly to take the lead in the race for the French international’s signature, hoping he will choose them over Juventus or Manchester United. Kolo Muani is open to considering a move to Tottenham but wants to hear from all interested clubs before deciding.
The report also notes that PSG does not have a preferred destination for the player, as the only loan offers they’ve received include an option to buy. PSG are hoping for an obligation to buy in the region of £50 million.
