Juventus have joined the race to sign Antony from Manchester United after an impressive start to the winger’s loan spell at Real Betis.
Antony joined the Spanish side on loan last month after being deemed surplus to requirements at Old Trafford.
After failing to start a Premier League game across the first half of the season, he has made an immediate impact with Betis. The Brazil international has scored twice and provided an assist in his first three La Liga appearances.
Spanish outlet Fichajes are reporting that his form has attracted interest from Italy. Juventus are monitoring his performances closely ahead of a potential move to sign the 24-year-old on a permanent deal in the summer.
It is unclear on the demands from Manchester United, for a player who cost an initial £82m from Ajax in 2022. Despite a reunion with former Ajax manager Erik ten Hag, he endured a difficult time in the Premier League and scored just five times in 62 league appearances for the Red Devils.
