Juventus striker Dušan Vlahović is drawing strong interest this summer, with PSG, Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur, and Aston Villa all reportedly monitoring the Serbian international.

Despite being under contract until 2026, Juventus appear open to a sale, partly because of Vlahović’s high wages and the financial strain they place on the club. On PSG’s end, the French champions are expected to reshape their attack, and both Randal Kolo Muani and Gonçalo Ramos are rumored to be on the market.

According to a previous report from CaughtOffside, PSG began tracking Vlahović earlier this year. Arsenal and Manchester United have also been linked, which could set up a potential bidding war. With just one year left on his deal after this season, Juventus may prefer to cash in now rather than risk losing him for nothing in 2026.

Could Juventus have to wait to sell unwanted striker?

In his recent column for CaughtOffside, journalist Alfredo Pedulla provided an update on the situation regarding the Serbia international, as he believes this saga will drag out until the end of August.

“Dusan is waiting for the right opportunity, which I identified back in early June as being Milan,” Pedulla wrote. “Nearly two months have passed, and we’re still on that path. Of course, certain conditions need to be met (severance deal, affordable transfer fee and other possible factors), but it’s still a live option.

“And there’s an important detail: if you sign Vlahovic at the end of August, you save €2m net (around €4m gross) in wages for a couple of months. Definitely not small change. So, it’s better to let Dusan’s hourglass run out as much as possible.”

Moreover, CaughtOffside recently claimed Newcastle United, Tottenham, Aston Villa, and Nottingham Forest are exploring potential moves for the striker. It will be interesting to see if clubs who are keen wait until the end of the month to save money.
