The Jorge Vergara Foundation, together with Revive of Grupo Omnilife-Chivas, gave an unforgettable moment to the children of the Pásala program, who as of today will be able to enjoy a space for play, recreation and sports in Nextipac, Jalisco. Thanks to the collaboration of Musco and Casther, they inaugurated the first Mini-Pitch in the state of Jalisco.

Pásala is a program of the Jorge Vergara Foundation that serves children from different communities in the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area so that they can have healthy development spaces for themselves and their families.

The Mini-Pitch is a concept developed by Musco in collaboration with the U.S. Soccer Foundation that offers communities an ideal solution to renovate abandoned fields and areas with limited space by creating a fun and active place for local youth and families to come together in the spirit of teamwork, empowerment and physical activity. They will also be able to practice sports such as soccer, basketball, pickleball and tennis.

The kick-off was given by Damaris Godínez, a Chivas Femenil defender, who also kicked off the first matches played on the new field. In addition to this, Teqball tables, a roller skating area and other spaces for outdoor activities were installed around the grounds.

Karina Vazquez

"The children of Pásala are the reason we are here. It is a very important day for the Jorge Vergara Foundation, because it is the first time we have been able to rehabilitate a space at this level."

"We are convinced that great achievements are thanks to great teamwork. More and more communities are looking for us, but this is the first time we have been able to join forces to achieve a space like this, it is of an incredible level".

Ainara Zatarain

"Our commitment is not only in the environmental issue, but also social. This all started as a conversation in Musco's offices and look, today we are here. Enjoy this space very much because it is the first of many that we are going to make."

"It is worth all the effort that is put in every day. Seeing the children's faces when they enter the field is unique and we want to see it more often because we will continue to do it".
