Manchester United head to Anfield this weekend in dire straights, and a look at their form on the red half of Merseyside will do little to allay their fears of another defeat.
They have not beaten the Reds at Anfield since all the way back in 2016, when a side managed by Louis Van Gaal managed a 1-0 win in a scrappy affair, with Wayne Rooney scoring the only goal of the game.

Rooney's goal 12 minutes from time was Manchester United's first shot on target of the game, a smash and grab that they would love the repeat this time around.
