Chelsea winger Noni Madueke has took to his social media accounts to post some cryptic messages which you’d assume is in response to being slammed this week.

Chelsea drew 1-1 with Arsenal on Sunday evening in a hard fought game that could have easily gone either way come the end.

EXCLUSIVE! Agents are touting a couple of big name Chelsea players to other clubs!

Madueke saw himself start the game but he was soon subbed off for Mykhailo Mudryk. Pedro Neto was then moved from left wing to right wing, which was the position that Madueke was playing in, and then Neto bagged the equalising goal for Chelsea from that area.

Madueke was also guilty of not sprinting back to mark an Arsenal player on their goal that put them 1-0 up. But the main talking point was Madueke going straight down into the tunnel and apparently reacting angrily to being taken off. He did reappear soon after, but he reportedly missed Neto’s goal.

Madueke slammed

Many Chelsea fans have then been infuriated by all of this and some have been slamming him on social media as a result.

The winger has then posted these two images on his Instagram stories yesterday, which we can only assume is in response to all of the above.

Cryptic posts that only Madueke will know the meaning of, but it seems that he’s having a bit of a time of it right now and not happy with the criticism as well as not being happy with being subbed off.

Enzo Maresca protected the player in his response when asked about Madueke going straight down the tunnel, but inside you can rest assured that he was probably annoyed by this as well.

But perhaps that was a genuine reason? We do not know the context. Either way, Madueke and Chelsea/fans need to find a way to move on now as it’s a long old season left ahead.
