Roma are looking for a reliable back-up option to Artem Dovbyk as Eldor Shomurodov is on his way out.
The Uzbek striker, in fact, is being followed with interest by Empoli, Venezia and Cagliari, who could soon formalize an offer to take him away from the capital.
The Giallorossi are exploring some opportunities to strengthen the offensive department, and according to Paolo Assogna of Sky Sport, among the names being evaluated is that of Marko Arnautovic, currently playing for Inter.
Arnautovic could represent an interesting low-cost solution for Roma.
The Austrian centre-forward, known for his physicality, experience and tactical versatility, is currently a reserve player in the Nerazzurri attack. This situation could push Inter to consider selling him, making the operation easier for the Giallorossi.
