Reported Inter Milan target Joao Palinha says that he is in no hurry to leave Bayern Munich despite some recent rumours.
The Portuguese international gave his thought to Portuguese broadcaster Sport TV, via FCInterNews. He called Bayern a “massive club” and noted that he’s still under contract for three more years.
In the last few days, Bayern Munich midfielder Joao Palhinha has been the subject of some transfer speculation.
At the heart of these rumours is the fact that the Portuguese international hasn’t cemented a first choice spot for himself under Vincent Kompany in his first season at the Allianz Arena.
Palhina had impressed massively during his time at Fulham. Therefore, he earned a big money move to Bayern last summer.
However, the fit just has not ever seemed to be right for Palhinha with the Bundesliga champions. Therefore, rumours have emerged regarding the 29-year-old’s future.
Among the clubs that have reportedly taken note of Palhinha’s situation is Inter Milan.

Joao Palhinha noted, however, that “I’m under contract with Bayern for another three years.”
“So I’ll show up on the 29th, when we start preseason.”
“Now I’m just enjoying the time I have off on vacation, with family and friends. That’s the most important thing right now.”
Palhinha admitted that his future “has been a recurring question.”
But the former Gulham and Sporting CP midfielder made clear that “I have three more years left on my contract.”
“So I don’t know what will happen.”
“But I’m at a massive club. As I’ve always said.”
“Obviously, it wasn’t an easy season,” Palhinha admitted. “But I’m very motivated to prove my worth once again at a very special club.”
