Inter Milan and Palmeiras have begun talks for midfielder Richard Rios, with Spurs, Everton, and Nottingham Forest also keen.
This according to Latin American outlet DSPORTS, via FCInterNews. They report that the starting point for negotiations is a fee of around €25 million.
Inter Milan have reportedly taken an interest in signing Palmeiras midfielder Richard Rios.
The Colombian looks likely to leave Palmeiras at the end of the Club World Cup.
Rios does have a release clause in his contract with the Brazilian giants. It is worth €60 million for clubs within Brazil, and then €100 million for clubs in other countries.

According to Latin American outlet DSPORTS, Inter and Palmeiras have already begun talks regarding Rios.
The Nerazzurri have made their initial approach to Palmeiras. And the Brazilian club have made clear that they will not accept any bids of less than €25 million.
Therefore, that number would be the basis for negotiations for a potential transfer.
However, reports DSPORTS, Inter are not the only club chasing Rios.
The outlet report that there are also three clubs from the Premier League vying to sign the Colombian.
