According to Belgian outlet Nieuwsblad, Inter have actually gone a step further.

They report that the Nerazzurri have already agreed personal terms with Koni De Winter. They have offered the 23-year-old a multi-year contract, and he is ready to accept.

However, Inter cannot move for De Winter just yet.

That is because the Nerazzurri will have to make some sales before they can afford a move for the Belgian.

Genoa want a fee of around €25 million for De Winter.

Therefore, Inter will have to raise the cash in order to make a deal happen.
