Chelsea beat Nottingham Forest 3-2 last night in a late turn around to pile relegation pressure on their opponents, and make that push for Europe themselves.

It was certainly an entertaining game of football to say the least, and it was Chelsea who came out on top eventually after some end to end stuff. Forest thought they won it late on but they switched off to allow Chelsea to grab to late goals to turn it all around again. Chelsea took the lead early in the game themselves, but that was turned around. It was a pretty crazy game.

SOURCES: Two Premier League clubs register interest in Chelsea player!

Chelsea fans will believe the most important thing was grabbing the win, and of course it was when all is said and done.

Cole Palmer was unsurprisingly the Man of the Match once again, and he earned praise from pundits, fans, and even his captain Reece James.

James labelled Palmer as ‘one of the world’s best’ after the Forest win, and that has provoked a humble reply from the attacking midfielder.

Palmer said: “I wouldn’t go that far! But it’s nice to hear. It’s all new to me. This is my first season playing properly in the league. It was a very important win and now we focus on the next one.”

This just shows the strong mentality that Palmer has as well, which is needed to make it at the very top in this game. He will refrain from getting carried away even after the incredible season he has had, and he will be aiming to elevate that next season, if that’s even possible!

He’s very much been the Chelsea talisman this season, but it is nice to see his team mates stepping up and helping with the goals and assists lately, and in yesterday’s win against Forest in the Premier League.
