Charlton Athletic and Leyton Orient will be backed by big numbers at Wembley

As you would expect, excitement is building ahead of the game, and the two London clubs are sure to be backed with plenty of support on the day.

Charlton confirmed via their official site that they had been given an allocation of 36,945 for the game, with the ticket sale process already well underway.

In terms of pricing, adults will pay anything from £31 to £86, depending on where they are situated in the stadium.

It’s exactly the same for Leyton Orient, both in terms of the prices and the allocation they have received, with the club confirming tickets will be sold on a block-by-block basis.

With Wembley having a capacity of 90,000, the remaining tickets will be corporate and hospitality options.

It’s unclear whether either club will sell out their entire allocation, with Charlton having an average attendance of over 15,000 over the league season.

Orient have averaged 7,875 in what has been a fantastic season for Richie Wellens’ side.

League One play-off final will be decided by fine margins

No matter what the official attendance is, it’s sure to be a great event on Sunday, with the game set for a 1pm kick-off.

Charlton came fourth in League One in the regular campaign, compared to Orient finishing sixth, and they collected seven more points than their rivals, so the Addicks will start as slight favourites.

As well as that, they did the double over the O’s this season, with both games decided by stoppage time goals, which included Charlton scoring twice in added time to win at Brisbane Road back in March.

So, it promises to be a close, fiercely contested clash, with so much on the line for both clubs, and the fans are sure to have a big role to play on the day.
