It’s an AI created video of Brendan Rodgers – as a baby – telling it like it is as far as the number of times as Celtic manager he’s heard that theRangers are coming and the number of managers of the latest Ibrox club that he’s seen off in his two stints in the Parkhead hot-seat…

Tomorrow the Celtic manager takes his side to Pittodrie and will heavily rotate the squad ahead of Trophy Day on Saturday in the lunchtime kick-off at Celtic Park and then all thoughts will turn to the Scottish Cup Final against Aberdeen.
Injury mishaps aside the team that starts against St Mirren is very likely to be the strongest possible Celtic team in the manager’s view and accordingly the team that will start in the Scottish Cup Final.

Expect Alistair Johnston and Cameron Carter-Vickers to be back on Saturday but neither are likely to feature against Aberdeen at Pittodrie in tomorrow’s 8pm kick-off which is live on Sky Sports.

Brendan Rodgers and his Celtic team are looking to break goalscoring records set by both his own Invincible side in season 2016/17 and even Jock Stein’s incredible side from season 1966/67 who ended that campaign as Champions of Europe winning the European Cup final in Lisbon by 2-1 against Inter Milan.
They need six goals in the two games against Aberdeen and St Mirren but the big prize is the following Saturday when the Scottish Cup can be won the make it an incredible ninth treble for the club.

Jimmy Thelin’s Aberdeen stand in their way and he will be wary of facing Celtic at Hampden after the 6-0 mauling in the Premier Sports League Cup semi-final last autumn. Aberdeen have also lost heavily at both Celtic Park and Ibrox in their recent visits to Glasgow but will have 20,000 less than faithful supporters heading to Hampden on the hunt for some glory.
Send them packing too Baby Rodge.
