One former Chelsea player has declared that one of the current crop right now is ‘down’ and ‘needs a bit of re-alignment’ right now.
This comes after The Blues even thrashed Southampton in the Premier League last night, but not everyone was on fire.
The Blues won the game 4-0 in what was a much needed convincing performance, with goals coming from Christopher Nkunku, Pedro Neto, Levi Colwill, and Marc Cucurella.
The Saints were a very poor opposition of course, but Chelsea really needed a big win and a big performance, and that is exactly what they did last night right in the nick of time as they look to keep challenging for that all important Champions League spot.
Neto was superb playing as the number 9 and as well as getting his goal, he has explained why he loves playing as a striker with a hilarious answer!
Cole Palmer played a little better than he has been in recent games, in my opinion, but he was awful in front of goal, missing a host of easy chances to score.

Everyone has their opinions on what might be going wrong for Palmer, who has been the team’s talisman for two seasons really.
And former Chelsea goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer has given his on what he believes is happening.
In words picked up by Chelsea Dodgers on X, the former stopper said:
“Cole Palmer looks like someone that needs a bit of re-alignment. He just looks off. For him it is frustrating because he had quite a few good chances and didn’t take them.
“He’s down on confidence, snapping at things, and doesn’t quite have the fluidity he had before.”
