A fine second half performance gave West Ham United a 3-0 win away to Nottingham Forest.
Both of these managers already have speculation over their future, for somewhat different reasons, but this result will certainly be a big relief for Graham Potter.
After a fairly even first half his side were much improved in the second period and a late flurry gave them all three points at the City Ground.
Jarrod Bowen broke the deadlock in the 84th minute with his shot from the edge of the area following good work from substitute Crys Summerville.
Summerville was instrumental for the second goal two as he showed his pace down the left before being upended by Ibrahim Sangaré in the box. Lucas Paquetá's stuttering run up fooled Matz Sels allowing the Brazilian to slide the ball in from the spot.
The win was wrapped up in the 90th minute as Summerville whipped in a cross from the left that Callum Wilson headed home for his first Hammers goal.
It could have been 4-0 at the death had Sels not come out well to deny Bowen after the forward's mazy run. But that victory means West Ham won their first game of the season after three successive defeats while Forest suffered their first loss.
