The latest Young Lions squad has been named on Friday and great to see this Newcastle United trio included.

Trevan Sanusi and Leo Shahar have been regulars for the England Under 18s.

Now they are joined by exciting 17 year old striker Sean Neave.

The young forward has been in excellent goalscoring form this season and indeed last, in the younger age groups at NUFC.

Great to see Newcastle United with both homegrown and signed from elsewhere young talent coming through and getting international recognition.

Hopefully they will be NUFC first team stars of the future.

Liam Bramley has named his England men’s under-18 squad for this month’s trip to Valencia.

The Young Lions will take on Poland at the Oliva Nova Sports Center on Friday 15 November (11am GMT) in the first of two matches.

The winner of that tie will then take on Germany or Belgium on Monday 18 November, with the two losing sides also facing off.

Bramley’s side lost last month’s opener against Sweden 2-0 before beating Ukraine 3-1 in their second match.

Defenders: Chukwuemeka Adiele (West Ham United), Samuel Amissah (Fulham), Jaden Dixon (Stoke City), Christian McFarlane (New York City), Stephen Mfuni (Manchester City), Kian Noble (Manchester City), Saheed Olagunju (Wolverhampton Wanderers), Leon Routh (Aston Villa), Leo Shahar (Newcastle United)
