Cristiano Giuntoli is already under scrutiny at Juventus, and according to Gazzetta, his job will be at risk if the Bianconeri fail to qualify for the Champions League this season.
Juventus Chief Football Director Cristiano Giuntoli is under increasing pressure at the Allianz Stadium, especially after Thiago Motta’s sacking.
Giuntoli decided to fire Massimiliano Allegri and hire Thiago Motta last summer, but the coach’s tenure lasted only 284 days.
Furthermore, many of the 13 players signed by Giuntoli for over €200m across the last two transfer campaigns have failed to justify their price tags.

Giuntoli is already facing strong criticism from the fans and the media, and there will be even more pressure on him in the coming months as Gazzetta claims he could also leave the Allianz Stadium at the end of the season if the Bianconeri fail to get a top-four finish.
Giuntoli has a contract at the Allianz Stadium until June 2028.
Giuntoli partially managed to balance the books in the first part of the campaign, but disappointing sporting results, including a Champions League playoff elimination by PSV earlier this year, have reportedly put his job in danger.
Gazzetta argues that Juventus will likely revisit the club’s sporting sector for 2025-26, regardless of Giuntoli’s fate. Giorgio Chiellini and Francesco Calvo are expected to gain more power in the first team’s management.
