La Liga outfit Girona are primed to welcome a trio of sidelined players back to competitive action in the club’s next outing.

That’s according to Mundo Deportivo, who point towards Iván Martín, Yaser Asprilla and Jhon Solís as the players in question.

Girona are primed to kick their campaign back into gear following the final international break of 2024 this coming weekend.

A La Liga meeting with Catalan neighbours Espanyol lies in wait, a matchup in which the Blanquivermells will be hopeful of securing a third successive league victory.

And, in efforts towards as much, Míchel and his coaching staff look set to be boosted by the return to fitness of a number of important players.

As per a report from MD:

‘All three of Iván Martín, Yaser Asprilla and Jhon Solís are now ready to get minutes in the highly anticipated derby against Espanyol after having trained several times with the rest of the group.’
