Gianluigi Donnarumma still training with PSG ahead of Angers clash | OneFootball

Gianluigi Donnarumma was once again present at PSG training on Thursday morning, just a day before Luis Enrique’s side host Angers at the Parc des Princes in the second round of the Ligue 1 season – according to a report from L’Équipe.

With just eleven days remaining before the transfer window closes, the Italian goalkeeper remains at the club despite speculation over his future. Donnarumma has been taking part in training sessions since the squad returned for pre-season but, as has been the case in recent weeks, he is expected to step aside during match-preparation exercises to allow the three goalkeepers selected for competitive action to take part.

The 25-year-old has not featured in PSG’s opening fixtures of the season and, unless a late twist emerges before the end of the transfer window, he looks set to continue training on the periphery of the first-team squad until a move away from the club is found.GFFN | George Boxall
