Gianluigi Donnarumma is on the verge of becoming a Manchester City, a move that will see Ederson leave the club for Fenerbahçe.

The Italian goalkeeper has been surplus to requirements at Paris Saint-Germain despite helping the team to Champions League glory last season with new signing Lucas Chevalier becoming the club's new first choice shot-stopper.

Now Donnarumma is set to join City for a fee of just over £30 million, a deal that may see recent arrival James Trafford move down the pecking order.

Once that signing is complete, Ederson is set to leave the Etihad Stadium after eight trophy-filled seasons with the club.

The 32-year-old is expected to then finalise his move to Turkey by joining Fenerbahçe.
