Lucas Chevalier (23) will be Paris Saint-Germain’s No.1 next season, Luis Enrique has decided, according to RMC Sport.

The Frenchman is expected to join PSG from Lille OSC, although the latter are looking to secure their replacement before sanctioning his departure. It leaves Gianluigi Donnarumma (26) in a difficult situation. It is the lack of progress in contract talks that has brought about the situation. The Italian’s deal expires next summer and there has been no breakthrough in talks. Desperate not to lose another high-profile player on a free transfer, PSG have decided to sell Donnarumma, RMC Sport understands.

However, the Italian is not keen to leave. He is happy at PSG, as per RMC Sport and so he is not willing to rush a departure, especially given that no club is able to offer him a better contract than the one he already possesses.

As revealed by Sports Zone, Manchester United have reached out to PSG to explore the feasibility of a deal.
