During the build-up to the Hellas Verona game it has been presumed that several Milan Futuro players would help fill the bench, but three will not feature.
The coach is also battling an injury crisis which sees eight players unavailable and that does not help. Despite the potentially precarious nature of the game, he is expected to spring some surprises.
As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews) however, defender Davide Bartesaghi and midfielder Silvano Vos will not make the trip to Verona for the game at the Stadio Bentegodi.
The two were on the bench last Sunday against Genoa, but played in the Coppa Italia Serie C on Wednesday evening with Milan Futuro and will be used by Daniele Bonera on Sunday against Entella as they continue their relegation battle.
Meanwhile, the journalist for the same paper Luca Bianchin has also confirmed that Lorenzo Torriani has not left with the team due to a fever. Noah Raveyre will be on the bench in his place as the third-choice goalkeeper.
It is currently expected that Mattia Liberali and Francesco Camarda will start the game from the bench, while Alex Jimenez should start at left-back and Kevin Zeroli has been summoned too.
