Victor Osimhen joined the Galatasaray squad on August 1, 2025, kicking off his first training sessions. The Nigerian forward became part of the Istanbul club after a historic transfer completed earlier this week.

Victor Osimhen took part in his maiden training session with Galatasaray this Friday, just hours after finalizing his permanent €75 million move from Napoli. The Nigerian international trained at the Kemerburgaz Metin Oktay facilities under the watchful eye of coach Okan Buruk.

Arriving in Istanbul on Thursday night, the former Napoli star was greeted by thousands of Galatasaray supporters who came out to celebrate his official return to the club. Victor Osimhen immediately slotted into the squad for a full session that included dynamic warm-ups, 8-vs-2 passing drills, and tactical exercises in preparation for the friendly against Lazio scheduled for Saturday, August 2, 2025.
