Fulham are winless in seven meetings with Liverpool, while the Reds are also unbeaten in seven visits to Craven Cottage, their most-recent defeat on the banks of the River Thames coming in 2011.
Will Liverpool move three points closer to securing the Premier League title? On Wednesday night, the Reds were certainly made to work for it, but they ultimately had enough to beat Everton in the Merseyside derby, with Diogo Jota the night's only scorer in front of the Kop.
That made it four successive Premier League wins for Arne Slot's side, who require, at most, 13 points from their remaining eight games to be champions. Thus, they're on course to secure the title at Stamford Bridge in May, or perhaps at home to Tottenham towards the end of this month, so will Liverpool extend their unbeaten league streak to 27 matches in West London on Sunday?
As for Fulham, can their delay the Reds title celebrations? On Tuesday night, the Cottagers were defeated 2-1 by Arsenal in North London. Rodrigo Muniz halved the deficit in injury time, but this could've been an equaliser, had the Brazilian not missed an opener goal minutes earlier.
Overall, it's been a week to forget for Marco Silva's side, having also been dumped out of the FA Cup by Crystal Palace last weekend, swatted aside 3-0 at Craven Cottage. Back in the league, the Whites are still very much in the European race, so any points they can collect here will help their cause.
Marco Silva switched to a back five at Arsenal, with Calvin Bassey dropping to the bench, while Jorge Cuenca and Issa Diop came into defence. It'll be interesting to see if he sticks with this shape, or if a midfielder such as Alex Iwobi or Andreas Pereira return. Kenny Tete, Harry Wilson and Reiss Nelson remain sidelined long-term.
Fulham predicted lineup vs Liverpool: (4-2-3-1): Leno; Castagne, Andersen, Bassey, Robinson; Lukić, Berge, Pereira, Iwobi, Willian; Jiménez.
Rodrigo Muniz scored off the bench in stoppage time on Tuesday, so will he lead the line this time, or could it be Raúl Jiménez who keeps his place in attack?
Alisson sat out the mid-week derby win due to a concussion suffered on international duty, but the Brazilian is set to return, after Caoimhín Kelleher proved an able deputy as always.
Meantime, with all three natural right-backs, namely Trent Alexander-Arnold, Conor Bradley and Joe Gomez all sidelined, Arne Slot has a decision to make. Jarell Quansah filled in there for the EFL Cup Final, but Slot went with Curtis Jones on Wednesday, which worked much better, so he's likely to retain that place.
After scoring in mid-week, Diogo Jota is set to keep his place in attack, chosen over Cody Gakpo.
Mohamed Salah has 32 goals to his name this season, to go with 22 assists, while the Egyptian King scored four in his first six meetings with Fulham, but is currently without a goal in three clashes against the Cottagers.
We cannot see beyond a Liverpool victory at Craven Cottage on Sunday, with the Reds' procession to a record-equaling 20th top division English title continuing: Fulham 1-3 Liverpool.
