Fulham have agreed a deal to sign Chelsea winger Tyrique George for a fee of £22m.
George is set to sign a five-year deal with Fulham, with personal terms reached ahead of a deadline day transfer.
Chelsea have granted George permission to undergo a medical at Craven Cottage, according to The Athletic. As part of the arrangement, Chelsea will retain a sell-on clause.
George had been subject of interest from AS Roma but now looks set to remain in the Premier League.
The winger enjoyed a breakout season in 2024/25, where he scored three times in 26 appearances across all competitions. The 19-year-old featured prominently in Europe as Chelsea won the Conference League.
Chelsea are prepared to sanction the sale of the academy graduate after the arrivals of Jamie Gittens and Estevao Willian into Enzo Maresca’s squad this summer.
Fulham had been looking to bolster their wide options, closing in on a £34.6m move for Shakhtar Donetsk winger Kevin. Chelsea winger Raheem Sterling had also been considered as a potential target.
