But Frank hopes the duo's knocks aren't too significant ahead of next weekend's clash with Bournemouth.
On Jensen, he stated: “It is a minor injury. If this was a play-off final or a Champions League final, then he would play, but we didn’t need to risk it.”
When asked if he had spoken to Ajer, Frank added: "No, I haven't. I hope it's not too serious."
On the game itself, Frank was pleased with the clean sheet, which sees the Bees unbeaten for the fifth game in a row, but wants more cutting edge in the final two games of the season.
"It was a solid performance without being through the roof. Defensively, it’s always good to keep a clean sheet," Frank explained.
“If you can't win, don't lose - that's been a thing we haven’t nailed enough this season. So, in that sense, I'm happy.
“In a game where we didn’t hit our highest offensive level, it's difficult to produce enough chances to try to get the winner. There was a lot of effort, willpower and we wanted to go for the win.
“But, on the day, we didn't have the cutting edge.”
