The Limitless Company agency announced on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, the transfer of Abdoulaye Agne Ba to FC Metz. The young Senegalese player, who had been playing for Génération Foot, has signed a four-year contract with Les Grenats.

Abdoulaye Agne Ba shone this season in Senegal. He scored the winning goal in the Senegal Cup final against Jaraaf. Thanks to his impressive performances, he is regarded as one of the top prospects from the academy. Born in France, he was developed at CS Clamart and US Torcy before returning to Senegal to join Génération Foot in 2023.

A loan spell in Belgium to start

Even though he has signed with Metz, Abdoulaye Agne Ba will not play immediately in France. He will be loaned out to RFC Seraing, a Belgian club competing in the second division. This loan move will allow him to adapt to European football and gain valuable experience before returning to Metz.
