FC Barcelona has just announced a fresh injury setback for Robert Lewandowski, just days before La Liga action resumes.

It's a blow for FC Barcelona this Friday, coming with only eight days to go before the league kicks off again. In an official medical statement, Barça confirmed a minor injury for Robert Lewandowski. The Polish striker has suffered an issue with his left thigh and will miss the Gamper Trophy clash against Como on Sunday.

"Robert Lewandowski is experiencing muscular discomfort in the biceps femoris of his left thigh. He will miss Sunday's match, and his recovery will determine when he is available again," the club announced on Friday.

The first team player Robert Lewandowski has a hamstring problem in his left thigh. The striker is unavailable for Sunday's game and his recovery will determine his return.
