City came off second best in our last meeting with United, with the Reds claiming a 2-1 win at Old Trafford.
However, previously to that, Pep Guardiola's side smashed our cross-city rivals 6-3 at the Eithad, with both Erling Haaland and Phil Foden claiming hat-tricks back in October.
City's 25-match unbeaten run was ended as Brentford grabbed a late goal to secure a 1-0 win.
In a game of few chances, City held firm for the most part and were rarely troubled by the home side.
But the one time when Brentford managed to get in behind the Blues' backline, Ethan Pinnock prodded home with five minutes remaining.
