Seeing as the Giallorossi are prioritizing an overhaul of their wings, Emerson is being mentioned as one of the potential replacements of Leonardo Spinazzola.

Spinazzola’s contract with Roma is set to run out and the Giallorossi will not renew his deal.

As a result, Leggo claims Emerson’s return is a concrete possibility, especially given Daniele De Rossi’s presence on Roma’s bench.

The two played together for a few years and collaborated during De Rossi’s stint with the Italian national team during EURO 2020.
