Son-in-law and father relationships can be difficult for some, but not for West Ham captain Jarrod Bowen and Irons superfan Danny Dyer.

The iconic actor sat down to discuss the leader of his football team, the father of his grandchildren and the man who is set to marry his daughter, Dani.

In a segement for Sky Sports' "The Football Museum" podcast, Dyer stated that Bowen is his favourite ever West Ham player, and not just because he's part of his family.

While admitting there is some bias, he outlined other reasons, notably that winning goal in the Europa Conference League final in Prague.

In terms of families, it's about as close to Eastenders as you'll get, all the more fitting given Dyer starred in the British soap for several years.
