Crystal Palace sign Dean Henderson from Man Utd 🧤

Crystal Palace have completed the signing of Dean Henderson from Manchester United in a £20m deal.

The goalkeeper spent made his name during loan spells with Sheffield United in 2018/19 and 2019/20 before returning to Old Trafford to fight for the number one shirt.

However, he made just 13 Premier League appearances over the next two campaigns and spent the 2022/23 season with Nottingham Forest.

Forest were linked with a permanent move for the player this summer but he has now joined Palace instead, where he will battle Sam Johnstone for a place in the team.

There could be a pair of quick reunions on the cards, with Palace playing at Old Trafford twice in the space of a few days next month in the EFL Cup and then the Premier League.
