Milan coach Sergio Conceição refused to discuss his future at Milan, but did mention Massimiliano Allegri during a press conference: ‘It doesn’t bother me.’
Conceiçao is under contract until 2026 at Milan after replacing Paulo Fonseca in December, but the Rossoneri have an option to terminate the agreement at the end of the current campaign.
There have been several rumours on Conceiçao’s potential successors, with Italian media mentioning Massimiliano Allegri with a possible return to San Siro.

Conceiçao replied to a question about his future at Milan after a 2-0 win over Venezia on Sunday and strangely named the ex-Milan and Juventus coach.
“Conceiçao is not important at this moment,” he said via Milannews.
“The important thing is to finish the season with dignity and try to beat Bologna [in the Coppa Italia Final]. What happens to me, to Allegri, or another coach doesn’t bother me.”
The reporter was surprised that Conceiçao directly mentioned Allegri despite not being asked about the Italian, so the Portuguese explained: “Because you always talk about Allegri.”
The Rossoneri won the Supercoppa Italia and qualified for the Coppa Italia Final under Conceição, but the Portuguese tactician has failed to bring Milan back into the race for the top four, as the Rossoneri still sit 9th in Serie A, outside a European placement.
