Huge London derby to round off Premier League weekend
Chelsea host Arsenal in a huge Premier League game before the last international break of the year.
It is a huge London derby to cap the final weekend before the break off, with the Blues looking to move six points clear of the Gunners.
After a chaotic summer, Enzo Maresca appears to be making quick-fire progress at Stamford Bridge. They have largely impressed in the bigger games this season, though underwhelmed during Sunday’s 1-1 draw with Manchester United.
Quite how much can be read into Thursday’s 8-0 win over FC Noah in the Conference League, of course, is up for debate.
Arsenal, meanwhile, are without a win in their last three League games, with last weekend’s 1-0 defeat at Newcastle their second defeat during that run.
The Gunners also lost their unbeaten record in the Champions League too, falling to a 1-0 defeat away at Inter Milan on Wednesday night.
Here’s everything you need to know about the game.
Chelsea vs Arsenal is scheduled for a 4.30pm GMT kick-off time on Sunday 10 November 2024.
Stamford Bridge in London will host.

Chelsea will hope to have Cole Palmer fit following the knock he sustained against Manchester United. Maresca is expected to make wholesale changes to Thursday’s team anyway, with all of Moises Caicedo, Nicolas Jackson, Reece James, Wesley Fofana and Romeo Lavia likely to return.
Jadon Sancho and Omari Kellyman would appear to be the only enforced absences.
Arteta will soon provide an update on Declan Rice after the midfielder missed the Inter game due to a foot injury. Kai Havertz suffered a nasty clash of heads in that game and a decision will need to be made on his fitness.
Chelsea have impressed against Manchester City and Liverpool, while they really should have beaten Manchester United. While the Gunners aren’t to be discounted, they have been poor of late.
Draw, 1-1.
