Chelsea have reportedly made ‘first contact’ with Napoli over a stunning players-plus-cash move for Victor Osimhen.

The 25-year-old has earned rave reviews for his performances in Italy since joining the Naples outfit in 2020.

Despite struggling with injuries, he has registered 14 goals and three assists in 22 Serie A appearances this campaign.

The Nigeria international has a contract at Napoli until 2026 but he is expected to be sold in the summer transfer window.

Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly made Osimhen a top target as they look to replace Kylian Mbappe who is set to join Real Madrid.

Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio says Chelsea have made initial contact with the Serie A club over a move for Osimhen.

The Blues are looking to agree a fee of around €80-90 million plus striker Romelu Lukaku and a young player.
