Dominic Calvert-Lewin has announced he’ll be leaving Everton when his contract runs out on 1 July.
The striker joined the Toffees back in 2016 from Sheffield United in a £1.5 million move and went on to play a big role for the Merseyside club over the years.
He made 239 Premier League appearances in an Everton shirt, scoring 57 goals along the way. However, his impact was limited this past season, managing just three goals in 26 appearances during the 2024–25 campaign.
Calvert-Lewin’s time at Goodison Park has been affected by a number of injury setbacks, restricting him to only 17 league matches in both the 2021–22 and 2022–23 seasons.
Despite those fitness concerns, the 27-year-old is still drawing attention, with both Newcastle United and Manchester United reportedly keeping tabs on him. Now a free agent, Calvert-Lewin is free to sign with a new club this summer.
