On Saturday 28 September, Brentford host West Ham United at Gtech Community Stadium in our next Premier League fixture.

Kick-off is at 3pm. The match will not be broadcast live in the UK.

Here’s some useful information to help you get ready for matchday.

Marking the FA’s Play Safe weekend

On this weekend’s round of fixtures, clubs across the country in the men’s, women’s and grassroots games are supporting the FA’s Play Safe campaign to raise awareness of the importance of safeguarding in football.

If at any point before, during and after the match you are concerned about the welfare of a child or adult at risk, immediately inform a steward or staff member.

You can also text “BFC” followed by your message to 62277 to alert our operations team.

Travel – disruptions to TfL and rail services

Gunnersbury station will be closed on matchday.

There are planned closures on the District Line between Turnham Green and Richmond.

Gunnersbury station and Kew Gardens station will be closed on matchday. Rail replacement buses will be in use. Fans will still be able to use national rail services to Richmond and can travel to the match from there.

Rail – engineering works at Staines and Wokingham

Planned engineering works at Staines and Wokingham stations may impact rail travel on matchday for fans travelling from the West. Plan your journey to Gtech Community Stadium ahead of time to avoid delays.

Parking

We advise you to take public transport to the match where possible.

If you are driving, pre-book parking through our website for secure parking on matchday. No reserved parking is available to supporters unless a space has been pre-booked.

Every Seat Counts - new deadline to list your season ticket on the exchange

The deadline to list your season ticket on the exchange is Friday 27 September, 2pm.

This season, we have moved the deadline to 2pm the day before each home game.

If you know you cannot make the game, list your ticket to avoid getting a yellow card.

Watch the Premier League late kick-off and get £4 pints at the Dugout Bar

After the match, the Dugout Bar in the south stand will be open to Bees fans to enjoy, with our early-bird prices on offer until closing time, including £4 pints and deals on food!

We’ll also be showing the Wolves v Liverpool on the screens inside the bar, kick-off 5.30pm.

Entry is first come, first served. Last orders at 7.30pm before an 8pm close.

Play Bee a Pro games and see our new retail range at the Fan Hive

Join us at the Fan Hive before kick-off take part in fun and games with Bee a Pro, a new series of activities for young Bees fans to grow their skills and get tips and tricks from the Brentford team.

Also at the Fan Hive, we’re launching our Spiro range of Bees-branded t-shirts, hoodies and polos which is available for early purchase on matchday ahead of an online release on Monday 30 September, 12pm.

Make your own origami bee in the family stand

We’re celebrating East and South East Asian Heritage Month. Get involved this matchday and join our free origami workshop to make your own origami bee before kick-off!

BeeOrder – skip the pre-match queues and enjoy our 2024/25 season menu

Use BeeOrder on the Brentford FC App to pre-order food and drink 72 hours before matchday.

Items ordered on BeeOrder can only be collected pre-match, but you can beat the queues with access to our dedicated BeeOrder collection points. Our self-service screens remain available to fans pre-ordering food for collection at any time.

Fans can also pre-order a matchday programme for collection at the ground. The BeeOrder menu also has options for fans with dietary requirements.

Upgrading matchday tickets

Tickets may be checked at turnstiles to ensure you have the correct tariff. Please make sure you are carrying ID with you to verify your tariff.

Supporters wishing to upgrade their concession season ticket should do so by calling 0333 005 8521 (option 1) by 5pm, Friday 27 September.

The box office will be open from 12.30pm until half-time, and for 30 minutes after full-time.

If you need to visit the box office, please do so as early as possible to avoid long queues.

There may be an additional £5 charge if you are upgrading tickets at the box office on matchday.

General admission early bird offers (available from 1.30pm-2pm)

  • £4 alcoholic drinks, including Carlsberg, Guinness, London Pride, cider, all spirit mixers and wines. 
  • £1.75 on soft drinks

Premium lounges and the Dugout early bird offers (available from 12.30pm-1.30pm)

  • All draught beers £4  
  • All soft drinks £1.75 (bottles are not included in the offers) 
  • All sausage rolls and pies available for £4 in the Dugout 
  • Food items will be discounted by £2 in premium lounges

Countdown to kick-off - the timings you need to know

9am: Bees Superstore opens (closes at 6pm)

12.30pm: Box office opens (closes at half-time, reopens for 30 minutes at full-time)

12.30pm: Hospitality doors open (Early bird offers until 1.30pm)

1.30pm: General admission doors open (early bird offers until 2pm)

1.30pm: Origami workshop begins in the family stand (until kick-off)

3pm: Kick-off

8pm: The Dugout closes (bar closes at 7.30pm)
