Digital ticketing - download your ticket in advance and arrive early to avoid queues

This match will be Brentford’s first home game under the new digital ticketing system. If you’ve purchased a ticket, or have been sent your season ticket (premium seat holders included), you can download it now to your Apple or Google Wallet on your smartphone.

To help you get into the ground smoothly, we advise all fans to:

  • Download your ticket onto your phone before you arrive, so it’s ready at the turnstile without the need for internet connection
  • Arrive early to avoid queues - see our early arrival benefits below

For guidance and FAQs on how to download your digital ticket and other essential processes, use the resources on our website.

As a thank you to fans who arrive early, take advantage of these offers:

  1. All food and drink (including alcohol) will be 50 per cent off for one hour after turnstiles open, 1.30pm - 2.30pm (or 12.30pm - 1.30pm in premium areas). Home areas only
  2. Going through the turnstiles during this early bird window will automatically enter you into a ballot to win a 2025/26 centenary home shirt

On the day, we will have ‘Here to Help’ stewards in position at every entrance to the stadium, ready to answer your questions. You can also visit our digital ticketing hub outside entrance N for assistance.

If you need an internet connection at the turnstile to access your ticket, use our free Brentford FC Wi-Fi (no password required).

Please make sure your phone is fully charged before setting off. If your battery runs out, charging stations are available at the box office to help you access your ticket.

Box office - in-person digital ticketing support and Bournemouth (A) collection

If you know you need in-person support with digital ticketing, the box office opens at 10am.

We strongly recommend that you visit the box office as early as possible to resolve your issues before you begin your normal pre-match routine. The box office phone line will be closed on matchday to help our team prepare for the match.

Fans who have purchased tickets to our away Carabao Cup fixtures against Bournemouth can collect their tickets on matchday from 10am. The box office will close at half-time and then reopen for 30 minutes after full-time.

Travel - Rail closures between Barnes and Kew Bridge

Train

Planned engineering works scheduled on Saturday 23 August will impact South Western Railway services in the area.

Buses will replace all train services between Barnes and Kew Bridge stations from Saturday 23 August to Sunday 31 August. Replacement bus services stopping at all stations between Barnes and Kew Bridge will take approximately 30 minutes.

Trains will run from Waterloo to Barnes station, but no further. Trains from the west of Kew Bridge towards Hounslow and Weybridge are unaffected.

In light of digital ticketing guidance, please plan ahead for an early arrival to the Gtech.

You can check your route and if it’s affected by the disruption on the South Western Railway website. You can also use the Transport for London website or Citymapper to find an alternative route. Your journey home from the match may also be delayed by queues for rail replacement or TfL services.

Bike to Brentford - free bike parking and maintenance

Bike to Brentford returns! Fans who cycle to the match can use our free bike parks for safe and secure storage this matchday.

Secure bike parking will be available on matchday at either our permanent bike racks at the northwest corner of the stadium or our temporary bike park outside the Bees Superstore.

Our temporary park is staffed at all times and provides storage for items such as helmets and e-bike batteries. The park opens two hours before kick-off and closes two hours after full-time.

Head to the Bees Superstore bike park early to get a maintenance check by Dr Bike. Experienced cycle mechanics will be on hand to make minor repairs and adjustments. Maintenance runs until kick-off and is on a first-come, first-served basis.

For information on cycle routes, visit our Bike to Brentford page. Please also be aware that the Borough of Hounslow has cut service to Lime bikes. More information here.

Bike to Brentford offers will continue for our home matchdays against Chelsea (13 September) and Manchester United (27 September).

We advise you to take public transport to the match where possible.

Visit our new garden at the Gtech

We've planted a new garden to cultivate nature at Gtech Community Stadium.

The Magnolia Garden will be open from matchday for fans to enjoy and includes a path and an area to sit down in. Creating green spaces is important to help wildlife thrive in urban environments. The garden will be home to a mix of plants and flowers that have been specially chosen to provide food and resources to Bees in our area.

Find the garden next to the Bees Superstore.

Get both for 50 per cent off by arriving early!

BeeOrder - pre-order your food before matchday

Use BeeOrder to skip the pre-match queues and request food items from other menus across the stadium.
