Brentford have named Keith Andrews as the replacement for Thomas Frank according to reports.
After helping get the Bees promoted to the Premier League and become an established side in the top flight, Frank made the switch to Tottenham Hotspur to replace Ange Postecoglou.
Former midfielder Andrews initially joined Brentford as a set-piece coach at the start of the 2024/25 season and the club have now promoted the 44-year-old to take over from Frank as head coach, although there is not yet an official announcement.
Before joining the Bees, Andrews primarily worked as an assistant manager with stints at MK Dons, Sheffield United and the Republic of Ireland U21 and senior sides.
Andrews may have to oversee some big chances in the Brentford squad should Christian Norgaard and Bryan Mbeumo both move on this summer with rumours strongly linking the players to Arsenal and Manchester United respectively.
Brentford will kick off the 2025/26 Premier League season away to Nottingham Forest before hosting Aston Villas the following week.
