Surveys are a valuable source of feedback to hear directly from Bees fans.

Through supporters' views, the club can understand which areas are meeting or exceeding expectations and those that should be prioritised to make improvements.

The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete and all fans that do so will be entered into a draw to win the new home shirt courtesy of Joma.

Reporting back on our 2024/25 mid-season survey

In January 2025, fans were invited to complete our mid-season survey for the 2024/25 campaign.

Brentford fans continue to rate Gtech Community Stadium as a great place to watch football. This high score is also reflected in the club’s strong performance in the Premier League’s Matchday Experience Survey that has continued to improve year on year.

Scores for ticketing and the quality of the club’s media channels improved, and awareness of the Gen10 and discounted rail travel with Trainline initiatives was high, with the majority of fans aware of these club activities that are helping to keep football affordable for supporters.

Fans’ opinion of food and beverage at the Gtech continues to improve but the club recognised the demand for a wider range of products available on matchday.

This season, we have continued to expand the range of food and drink offered using BeeOrder on matchdays, with new products or deals offered frequently and special themed products available throughout the year. This will continue next season, alongside menus created by guest chefs in premium areas.

Access to wi-fi remains a priority for fans. The club is currently exploring the possibility of delivering in-stadium wi-fi for fans on matchdays.

Fan engagement activity by the club is well-received and the club’s score for putting fans at the heart of major decisions has improved.

Some fans requested more transparency over the way that decisions were made by the club. The club is in direct communication with fans in several working groups relating to different areas of the business where ideas are reviewed and concerns are raised.

The response to proposed club activity received in these working groups is taken seriously and is always considered as part of the decision-making process. Short summaries of these meetings are available on our website and more information can be provided on request via supporterservices@brentfordfc.com.

This season, we launched the BeesVoice campaign to highlights improvements and changes that the club has introduced to improve the Brentford fan experience. Visit the BeesVoice page to see how we’re listening to fans and working to make your suggestions a reality.
