There will also be the introduction of a human performance coach in Alex Davis, as well as the appointment of an assistant coach in due course.

Midfielders Ben Krauhaus, Andre Grey and Riley Owen will be in the squad for the 25/26 season, with new signing Theo Mawene also joining them.
After an excellent season in front of goal, Iwan Morgan remains in Saunders’ side, along with last year’s top assister Isaac Holland. Ethan Laidlaw will also be in the squad as he recovers from injury.
Michael Olakigbe returns from a season that featured loan spells at Wigan and Peterborough, the latter in which he featured in the League One play-offs.

Defender Gregory Asemokhai, goalkeeper Connor Wolfheimer, and forward Michael McSorley signed their first professional deals to make the step up from the Under-18s. Matas Klimas will also make the step up to form the B team squad for the upcoming campaign.
Ethan Brierley and Tony Yogane have gone out on loan to Exeter City and Dundee, respectively. They are currently the only confirmed departures.
Brentford Academy Under-18s can confirm their squad for the 2025/26 season.

There will be an introduction of a human performance coach in due course, whilst Jon-Paul Pittman will remain with the Under-18s as an individual development performance coach, having taken charge of the Under-18s in an interim capacity last term.
Defenders Aidan Golding, Archie Trimboli and Staitham Bowen will complete the second year of their scholarship in McDermott’s side.
Last season's Under-18s Player of the Year Otis Honor remains with the Bees, whilst Luka Bentt also stays on in the centre of the park.
