Bournemouth tie up loan for Milan defender | OneFootball

Premier League Bournemouth have announced the loan signing of right-back Álex Jiménez from AC Milan.

In an official statement, the English club disclosed the agreement with the Serie A side, which includes an option to buy.

The reported buy option is set at €19 million, according to reports - and the option becomes mandatory if the Spaniard starts at least 50 percent of the Cherries' matches this season.  "I am very happy. I am excited about this project and the fact that I have been so well received. I can't wait to start training with the team and playing with them. It has always been one of my dreams to play in the Premier League, and as long as I can fulfill a dream, I will be happy», stated Jiménez after his unveiling.

Having come through the ranks at Real Madrid, Jiménez was signed permanently by Milan last season for €5 million , making 28 appearances and providing one assist for the Milanese side.
