Gavi is back in the fold after illness but also one yellow card away from a suspension
Europe's Golden Boy, who is one yellow card away from a suspension, missed the win over Real Sociedad but has been included in the squad for the Champions League last-16 first-leg clash.
However, he is unlikely to start in Lisbon, with Frenkie De Jong, Pedri and Dani Olmo expected to support Lamine Yamal, Raphinha and Robert Lewandowski.
Andreas Christensen has again been ruled out, having only played once this season, but is nearing a return following a calf injury.
Raphinha, who scored a 96th-minute winner when these two teams met in January, is looking for his 13th goal involvement in his ninth Champions League game this season, which would tie him with Brazilian legend Kaka’s best-ever campaign return.
Lamine Yamal has found goals harder to come by, and is without a goal in La Liga since October, but will look to add to the two already notched in Europe this season.
Barcelona predicted XI (4-2-3-1): Szczesny; Kounde, Cubarsi, Inigo, Balde; De Jong, Pedri; Yamal, Olmo, Raphinha; Lewandowski
Injured: Christensen (muscle), Ter Stegan (knee), Bernal (ACL)
Barcelona squad from: Cubarsí, Balde, R. Araujo, I. Martinez, Gavi, Ferran, Pedri, Lewandowski, Ansu Fati, Raphinha, Iñaki Peña, Pablo Torre, Fermín, M. Casadó, Pau Víctor, Lamine Yamal, Olmo, F. De Jong, Kounde, Eric, Szczęsny, Kochen, H. Fort and Gerard Martín
