FC Barcelona have another crucial match awaiting them as they are set to face Real Madrid in their next La Liga game, which can prove to be decisive for this league race.
The Blaugranes are coming into this game after a heartbreak in the UEFA Champions League, as they were eliminated at the semi-final stage despite giving their all in the match.
The team’s spirits were naturally low after such a loss, but, as Mundo Deportivo has reported, some activities are already being undertaken to ensure the group’s morale is restored before they go into the upcoming crucial El Clásico.
In this regard, some of the most important names at Barcelona united to have a meal at the Ciutat Joan Esportiva. Although such a meal was scheduled to take place even before the loss to Inter Milan, it still became an ideal event that allowed the team to reinforce its ranks, strengthen its unity, and to comfort one another ahead of another big battle.
This meal allowed for a heartfelt conversation on the UCL heartbreak and the challenges ahead by Hansi Flick, who had already consoled the team right after the loss to Inter, and his coaching staff. In addition to the head coach, several players also spoke to the group.

The club President, Joan Laporta, was also present at this meal, as he wanted to send a message of encouragement and confidence to the squad and the coaching staff.
Similarly, the Sporting Director Deco, his assistant Bojan Krkic, and Alejandro Echevarria, one of Laporta’s confidantes, were also present in this meeting.
The weather yesterday also made this event even more comforting as the team and the top official enjoyed a barbeque, over which they discussed their hopes of finishing the season in strong fashion by winning a domestic treble.
For this, they only need the addition of the La Liga title, as Hansi Flick has already led Barcelona to the Spanish Super Cup and the Copa del Rey glory in his first season in charge.
