A member of the attacking ranks at La Liga champions Barcelona this weekend secured for himself fresh recognition for his ongoing excellence on the international front.
This player in question? Lamine Yamal.
Wide-man Lamine is of course fresh off playing a starring role for Spain at the recently-completed Nations League.
Whilst the 17-year-old and his La Roja teammates were ultimately put to the sword by Portugal in the tournament’s finale, Lamine, en route to the showpiece, continued to build on his reputation as world football’s very best young player.
In the semi-finals against France, the winger notched a brace, amid a brilliant individual showing.

As per a statement across the competition’s official social media channels, the Barcelona standout has secured the award for Nations League Goal of the Tournament.
