Barcelona starlet Lamine Yamal is leading all of La Liga in dribbles attempted over the early weeks of the season.

That’s according to statisticians Opta, who have on Thursday provided an insight into the standout dribblers in Spain’s top-flight in 2024/25.

Lamine, for his part, has attempted to run with the ball on a hefty 63 occasions across the opening nine gameweeks of the term in La Liga.

The Spanish international boasts a completion rate of 43%.

Next on the list, unsurprisingly, comes Real Madrid wide-man Vinícius Jr, who has racked up 56 dribbles, completing 36% of his attempts.

Rounding out the podium, meanwhile, is another member of Carlo Ancelotti’s Blancos frontline, in the form of Kylian Mbappé.

Next up comes Sevilla summer signing Chidera Ejuke, who has managed to complete a hugely impressive 61% of his 46 dribbles.

And last up in 5th comes Real Sociedad standout Takefusa Kubo, with 43 runs with the ball (40% completed).
