According to a report from TALKSPORT, it has come to light that Barcelona are seriously considering a loan move for Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford.
With Nico Williams already the top priority, Hansi Flick sees Rashford as a valuable addition due to his versatility and experience at the highest level.
The England international, who is open to the move, is reportedly keen on joining Barça and playing a central role under Flick’s leadership.
Rashford’s situation at Manchester United is uncertain, with new manager Ruben Amorim not including him in his future plans.
Despite this, the Premier League club are demanding £40 million for a permanent transfer, an amount Barcelona are unlikely to meet due to financial constraints. As a result, the Catalan club are exploring a potential loan move.

One major obstacle in the deal is Rashford’s salary. The 27-year-old earns over £350,000-a-week at United, making him one of the highest-paid players at the club.
However, reports suggest Rashford is willing to lower his wage demands in order to make the switch to Spain and play for Barcelona.
Barcelona remain focused on finalising the signing of Nico, who is expected to become Flick’s first-choice left winger.
But even with Nico’s arrival, Flick is still looking to strengthen his attacking options, and that’s where Rashford comes into the picture.
While the left flank is Rashford’s preferred position, he has reportedly told Barcelona that he is willing to adapt and even play as a striker.
With Robert Lewandowski entering the final stages of his career and Barça needing more depth in the No. 9 role, Rashford’s ability to play centrally is seen as a major asset.
