The list of the 30 Ballon d'Or France-Football 2025 nominees was unveiled this Thursday. Among the elite: three African players—Serhou Guirassy, Achraf Hakimi, and Mohamed Salah.

The Guinean international has established himself as a star striker in the Bundesliga. Serhou Guirassy is the attacking spearhead for Borussia Dortmund. While the Ruhr club didn't claim any titles or shine in the Champions League, the Guinean forward still delivered a spectacular season. Across 56 matches, he netted 44 goals and provided 6 assists. Notably, he bagged a hat-trick against FC Barcelona on April 16 in the Champions League.

The Moroccan dazzled this season with PSG. He practically swept the board with the Parisian club: Ligue 1, Coupe de France, and the Champions League. The European champion delivered 15 assists this season from his defensive flank and even scored in the Champions League final. He is widely regarded as the best in his position and a leading contender for the 2025 Ballon d'Or.

The Egyptian forward once again delivered a stellar season for Liverpool. The Reds clinched the Premier League title in no small part thanks to his efforts. He scored 37 goals in 57 matches this season and provided 24 assists.
