Auxerre’s Gabriel Osho set for Cardiff move | OneFootball

Just one year after joining on a free transfer from Luton Town, Gabriel Osho (27) is all set for a return to the UK, according to a report from L’Équipe.

Osho, since capped by the Nigeria national team, joined Auxerre following the expiry of his deal at Luton Town. In his one and only full season at L’AJA, the centre-back made 21 appearances, helping Christophe Pélissier’s side surpass their objective and secure a very comfortable mid-table finish.

Osho had also started Auxerre’s first two games of the current campaign, however, he is now all set for a move to League One side Cardiff City, as per L’Équipe. The value of the deal that will see the Nigerian move to the Welsh capital has not been revealed.

The player emptied his locker at Auxerre’s training ground on Monday, and he is all set to sign a four-year deal with Cardiff City.
