adidas and Aston Villa have revealed the club’s new home kit for the 2025/26 season.
Villa and the German sportswear giant are in the second year of their deal and have opted for evolution rather than revolution in the new claret and blue.
Shirt sponsor Betano and sleeve sponsor Trade Nation remain along with the revamped club badge and the adidas Performance logomark.
The classic claret body is matched with light blue sleeves, in this case all the way up the shoulder to a simple claret round collar. The adidas shoulder stripes are white, an update from last year’s in claret. Three white stripes also top the light blue socks, while the stripes on the traditional white shorts are claret.
The kit’s most striking features are detailed in gold on the sleeve cuffs and take their inspiration from a beloved piece of Aston Villa architecture.
Bold gold flourishes represent the famous Holte End mosaic facade and do a rather beautiful job of it too.
“We wanted this kit to be a true connection between our fans and our players. Bringing the Holte End to life through the intricate details on the kit brings us all together on and off the pitch. It also gives us the chance to take the Holte End with us, wearing the incredible support of our fans,” read Villa’s announcement.
The kit goes on sale on Thursday morning via the club’s online store, adidas.co.uk and Villa’s Villa Park and Bullring club shops.
It will appear on-pitch for the first time in Villa’s friendly against Eintracht Frankfurt on Saturday 26th July.
